Restoration with a claims perspective.

Apex brings 15 years of property-claims experience to the work of helping homeowners and businesses recover after a loss.

Insurance-side experience

Built around the details that matter to a claim.

Our founder’s background includes complex residential and commercial property losses, estimating, carrier communication and claim workflow management.

That experience informs how Apex approaches field documentation and explains the work performed. The goal is to provide information an adjuster can review and a property owner can understand.

A practical perspective.
The job file

Make the work easier to understand.

Records should connect site conditions, the work performed and the charges presented.

Photos and observations

Document affected areas and relevant conditions so the file tells a clear story.

Moisture and drying records

For water mitigation, record readings and drying progress to support the work.

Scope and estimates

Explain the proposed work and the basis for the estimate, including changes as conditions develop.

Work and equipment logs

Keep records of labor, equipment and services performed as applicable to the project.

Coordination from the start

A clear point of contact and a documented process.

01 / Initial information

Confirm the property location, contact details, loss information and access needs. Discuss homeowner authorization and the immediate service request.

02 / Assessment and scope

Review affected areas and explain the recommended work. Consider what can be cleaned or dried and what requires removal based on actual conditions.

03 / Updates during the work

Communicate relevant findings and changes in scope. Keep the property owner informed and coordinate with the claim contact as authorized.

04 / Documentation and questions

Organize the job records and explain the services performed. Address questions about the scope, estimate or invoice using the supporting file.

For agents and adjusters

Respect for the customer and the claim process.

Property owners need to understand the next step, while adjusters need a file that supports meaningful review. We aim to help both through clear communication about the property and the work.

Apex provides restoration services and supporting documentation. Coverage and payment decisions remain with the insurer under the applicable policy.

Response availability

Standard hours and emergency contact.

Standard response is Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Our after-hours and emergency response line is available 24/7.

After-hours and emergency response may carry additional surcharges for rapid remobilization, redirection from scheduled work and routing on-call employees.
